MS can mess with your bladder<\/a>. As a self-catheterizer, I was prone to regular urinary tract infections. I took prophylactic antibiotics for years. Then, about two years ago, The Banker installed a bidet attachment to the toilet and not only have I avoided any new infections, I’ve been able to come off the antibiotics entirely. If the Tripper in your life suffers from MS-related UTIs, this super-cheap portable bidet makes a great stocking stuffer. I found this one on Amazon<\/a> for about fifteen bucks. It’s marketed as a post-partum tool because I guess the bidet people don’t know about the MS market? My portable bidet has become an essential part of my travel kit.<\/p>\n
