Dan and I often say that our life with MS is about moving forward together. After all, Dan is walking, and I am rolling. We’re always moving forward side by side.

Now, we’re taking that movement to a new kind of stage: the MS Focus on Fashion Gala runway on Friday, November 14, at the Westin Fort Lauderdale. We’re honored that the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation invited us to serve as models in this celebration of adaptive clothing, inclusion and empowerment.
Our story has never been solely about MS. It’s about how two people, brought together by this disease, chose to build a life defined not by limitations but by love and perseverance.
Since our wedding in 2005 (we just celebrated our 20th anniversary!), we’ve shared this journey through our blog, podcast, and public speaking, aiming to inspire others to keep moving forward, no matter how MS or other health-related challenges appear in their lives.
Participating in this fashion show means so much more than stepping, or rolling ;-), onto a runway. It’s a chance for us to shine a light on the realities of living with MS while also showing the world that style and fashion should belong to all of us.
But just like with MS itself, we can’t do it alone. We’re asking for your support as we raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Every contribution helps MS Focus continue providing vital programs and services for people living with MS.
If you’re able, please consider donating to help us reach our goal. With your support, we can continue moving forward in life… and on the runway.
