ProfG is presenting news of the O-hand ocrelizumab primary progression and importantly it showed a positive result in people who were at the EDSS 8 end and shows that hand function can be be saved. It says that people in wheelchairs can respond to peripheral immunotherapy, I say peripheral because antibodies are 99.9% excluded from the CNS. Cladribine can get into the CNS as functionally relevant levels. So let’s hope that ProfK and the Team have joy with CHARIOT-MS
